What a joke. Sees my keys but won’t send a ringtone. Tile support also worthless. Terrible product and terrible support. Buy at your own risk. You still won’t find your keys.
After the first one had some issues I contacted customer service and was sent a new one that works as it should. 4 Stars because they are always a bit of a project to assemble. Upped to 5 because of excellent customer support.
It would be an added bonus if there were additional downloadable tones and including longer posts would be a plus.
Also like that it's lighter than my regular KS I switched from.
Wish it came with longer posts as adding any keys to the already thick body has me concerned the whole thing will fall apart.
Bought it, never lost the keysmart max but i click the tile button and it doesnt notify my tile app, on tile it says i lost it somewhere 10kms away 109 days ago. Extremely disappointing. Ended up attaching an airtag! Lmao dont use it
